How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will generally ship between 1 and 3 business days of receipt. You should allow 3 – 10 days for delivery, once the product has been shipped. We will send you a shipment confirmation email when the product ships.
All orders are subject to verification of payment prior to shipment.
Where does my order ship from?
In order to keep our prices low and help do our part to save on the energy used for shipping, our products are shipped directly from the vendor or their distributor, to you. This means that, if you place an order for multiple products at once, it is likely each product will arrive separately.
Where do you ship?
ShopWithDex ships to any street address within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or the U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico.
How is my order shipped?
We ship orders by USPS, Canada Post, UPS or FedEx. We have worked with each of our vendor partners to provide the most cost effective method of shipping for each product.
Customs Brokerage Fees, Duties and Taxes
The vendors that DEX has found may be located in the USA or Canada. Products that are shipping internationally may be subject to customs brokerage fees, duties and taxes.
Brokerage fees, duties and taxes have been estimated and if applicable have been included within the flat rate shipping cost of the item. The duties and taxes estimate is based on where the order is shipping (USA or Canada) and where our vendor partner is located (USA or Canada)
Every effort has been made to accurately estimate the cost of duties and taxes per item. ShopWithDex is not responsible or liable for any extra duties, taxes or fees that may be assessed by customs. All such charges and requirements are the sole responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our items and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Within 30 days of the purchase we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, provided that returned items are in their original condition. We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping. All returned items must be authorized by us, and must include a return authorization number.
